*Your electronic or physical signature (if scanned).
iSimplifyMe may request additional information before removing any material that allegedly may be infringing on any copyrights.
That said, if iSimplifyMe deems the removal of any materials or content to be necessary, said business will inform the requester of said materials as soon as possible.
