The Vrolinir Mountains form the northern border of Guilewatch. Within those ranges, small mountain towns support a booming mining economy, as well as many legends about gods walking the land and miners haunting played out mines. In the southern portion of the district, rich farmland and woodlands follow the Frostfljot. The city of Mor'del is located in an inlet on the southern coast. This is the headquarters of the Tarian Navy, as well as the busiest seaport of the Tarian Empire.

  Towns and Cities

"Ighttur" -Ighturr, located in south central Guilewatch, is an important shipping area for ore mined high in the mountains. The mines near Ighturr have mostly played out, but the transport facilities located in Ighturr keep the town alive. Legends say that the miners who have died in mines surrounding the town will take the town over, the day the last person leaves Ighturr.

"Kaltonnal" -Kaltonnal is a small fishing town holding the distinction of being the southernmost town in the Empire. Most of the activity here is related to fishing and boat building. The citizens have built a large elaborate pavilion for town meetings, and often attract wandering entertainers.

"Mor Del" -Mor Del is the seat of Guilewatch

Mor Del boasts busy docks, both with trade shipping and with the Imperial Navy. It is claimed to be the busiest port in the Empire, and few witnessing the bustle of the dock area would deny that. Overlooking the waterways is the magnificent Temple of Sulinea, where those who ply the waters make offerings in hopes of securing safe passage. The Lord’s Mansion shares dominance in the center of town with the Temple of Sarith and the City Building.

"Morryntor" -The town of Morryntor is sometimes called the breadbasket of Guilewatch. Rich plains to the east and south are fertile, and much of the food produced here is shipped to Mor’del and the mining towns to the north and west. Proximity to the forests also gives those of Morryntor riches, and a great deal of lumber is shipped down the river to Mor’del for use in shipbuilding.

"Ril'kim" -Ril’kim’s streets are often packed with miners and equipment, and the taverns often packed with tall tales. To the south of Ril’kim lies one of the mysterious ruins of the ancients, and in addition to mining ores and mineral wealth, occasionally miners here will find artifacts. Most artifacts are small and have no apparent use, but there are some in Ril’kim who don’t mine for minerals, but spend their lives combing the mountains for signs of the ancients.
