So, I'm new to this forum, and I thank you for all your warm welcomes in the form of old rotten eggs and moldy tomatoes being thrown at me! This will surely feed the rest of the world who got their food ration problems.

A friend of mine poked me about this game a long time ago, but I couldn't find myself to join at the time of being as I was being busy, I think.

At any rate, Starrok's the sinner. He's the one who got me here, and I'm here to stay!

Woah, woah! Calm down, riots! I'm not going to do any damage. I don't want to be torched down like another wild witch with crazy "powers".

I hope my stay will be long, and that I will be of SOME use while I'm here (which probably will be a while, unless the root admin decides to completely block the whole IP range of Norway ( I swear, I will use proxies. ;x )).

Until we talk again, drink water, eat green stuff that grows on the ground (salad, you dork. ;D) and fly around happily with the butterflies.~

Aye'. We're originally a hardcore group of roleplayers from WoW. xD Call us noobs if you like. Doesn't matter to me, but as far as I know, we're the oldest and the most serious guild within a radius of 10 servers in each direction.~

About 70 members, etcetc. Loads of information.

Anyway as i was saying im hopeing to change from WoW to Adellion since im loving EVERYTHING iv seen on the FAQ, yes even the permadeath! Anyway im hoping to be alot more active on these forums especcialy in the rp parts!

Cant wait till the game is actually released for download or in stores, eitherway im getting it!

Starrok did tell you about our long distances, didn't he? If you are a Tarian and Mal is an Aethan, you do realize that you will be living far apart. That is fine, but in most games, instant travel makes it so easy to play with friends. In Adellion, that is going to be a bit harder.

And please...keep the ICQ off...no IC information should be passed OOCly. Got it? :)

Please realize that Adellion is NOT a game where permadeath means a player character can go around killing everyone in sight...laughs. I have to warn new players about that..especially if they are planning to be assassins. Players who play the game as killers are going to be watched very carefully.

Don't worry on that topic, Teila, there've been times we weren't allowing any OOC even in our guild in WoW, and you imagine how hard it was, knowing how many things in WoW were RP-destroying. But we lived with it somehow and had atmosphere and fun :) So, I truly believe it's not that hard to separate IC and OOC knowledge when talking out-of-game with eachother :)

And the fact we are all so enthusiastic about permadeath, is not that we are dreaming about going rampaging and killing everyone, but because it adds a totally new level of depth to the RP, when you actually begin to respond for your actions, risking when proving your views and thoughts. Which makes it spicy ^^
