When we do, I will announce it here but it won't be for some months from now. We are still in alpha stages at this time and will not be taking applications for Alpha testers. Alpha testers are invited based on their contributions to the community, NOT based on their posting counts.
Please do not email or PM me asking to get into alpha or beta. As you can imagine, this can be quite overwhelming. Contacting me will not get you into beta and it might even lose you an Alpha spot if you do not read the information posted here first. ;)
